Shared map. Safe-fire arcs. Digital horn signals.
The driven-hunt app shooters and beaters trust.
Drückjagd is the most coordination-heavy hunt of the year — 15 shooters, 8 beaters, dogs, three different drives, and a hunt leader trying to keep everyone safe with a paper map and a horn. Quarry's Drückjagd mode replaces all of it.
Stands with safe-fire arcs
Place every shooter stand on the shared map, then draw the safe-fire arc by tapping in two compass directions. Every other shooter sees your arc — and Quarry vibrates if they aim something they shouldn't.
Digital horn signals
Three signals: Trial begins, Fire-free pause, Hunt over. The hunt leader taps once on their phone; every shooter's phone buzzes and a push notification fires — even with the app closed.
Shared kill log
Every harvest gets logged into a single Streckenliste with species, drive number and shooter name. Export as PDF when the hunt is done — Streckenlisten that used to take an hour now take 60 seconds.
FAQ
- Do beaters need to install Quarry?
- Strongly recommended — beaters see all shooter arcs and get the same horn signals. Their position helps shooters know exactly when it's safe to fire.
- What if a stand has no signal?
- Shooters can pre-mark their stand and arc before the hunt. Without signal they still see the map; only live updates pause until they reconnect.
- How big a hunt does this work for?
- Tested with 40+ participants on a single drive. The realtime layer handles 100s of simultaneous positions without issue.
