Terms of service

The service

Quarry provides a live map, party chat, driven-hunt tools, a hunting log and related features for hunting parties. Free features stay free; Pro and Club plans add features and are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, cancellable any time for the end of the current period.

Safety — read this

• Quarry is an aid, not a substitute for hunting safety rules, situational awareness, radio contact or the instructions of the hunt leader. Positions can be delayed, inaccurate or missing (no signal, closed app, dead battery). Never fire based on the app alone. Always identify your target and what lies beyond it.
• SOS alerts reach party members only; in an emergency always call 112.
• Open-season and legal-light hints are advisory; the applicable hunting law of your region governs.

Your account

You must be legally allowed to hunt where you use Quarry and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for content you post (chat, photos, log entries). Do not post unlawful content or harass others. Party admins may remove members.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and, for slight negligence, to breaches of essential contractual duties, capped at foreseeable typical damage. Nothing limits liability for injury to life, body or health.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms with notice in the app. The law of the operator's seat applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
